This is also vanity, yea, it is a sore travail. |
Qoh 4:9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. |

Qoh 4:11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? |
טֹ֛וב יֶ֥לֶד מִסְכֵּ֖ן וְחָכָ֑ם מִמֶּ֤לֶךְ זָקֵן֙ וּכְסִ֔יל אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹא־יָדַ֥ע לְהִזָּהֵ֖ר עֹֽוד׃ | Qoh 4:13 Better is a poor and a wise child than an old and foolish king, who will no more be admonished. |
Qoh 4:14 For out of prison he cometh to reign; whereas also he that is born in his kingdom becometh poor. |

Surely this also is vanity and vexation of spirit. |
שְׁמֹ֣ר רַגְלְךָ֗ כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר תֵּלֵךְ֙ אֶל־בֵּ֣ית הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים וְקָרֹ֣וב לִשְׁמֹ֔עַ מִתֵּ֥ת הַכְּסִילִ֖ים זָ֑בַח כִּֽי־אֵינָ֥ם יֹודְעִ֖ים לַעֲשֹׂ֥ות רָֽע׃ | Qoh 4:17 [KJV 5:1] Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil. |
